Effective Date: 01/01/2025 By accessing or using MahaPanchayat software, the Gram Panchayat (“Client”) agrees to these Terms of Use. 1. Service Scope MahaPanchayat provides a subscription-based SaaS platform to support Panchayat administrative work. The software: Supports existing government procedures Does not modify Panchayat laws or rules 2. Authorized Use Only officially authorized Panchayat staff may use the system Sharing login credentials is prohibited Commercial resale or misuse is not allowed 3. Subscription & Access Services are provided on an annual subscription basis Access is granted only after payment confirmation Subscription validity is limited to the agreed period 4. Training & Support Initial training and onboarding are included Ongoing support is provided during support hours Misuse or negligence is not covered under support 5. Data Accuracy & Responsibility Panchayat is responsible for the correctness of the entered data MahaPanchayat is not liable for errors due to incorrect inputs 6. Service Availability We aim for high uptime and reliability Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or force majeure 7. Intellectual Property Software, UI, workflows, and documentation are owned by MahaPanchayat Panchayats receive usage rights, not ownership of software 8. Termination Access may be suspended if: Terms are violated Payment obligations are not met Illegal or unauthorized activity is detected 9. Limitation of Liability MahaPanchayat shall not be liable for: Policy decisions taken based on Panchayat data Loss caused by incorrect data entry Internet or hardware failures at Panchayat level 10.
